To ensure the smooth service, please inform your driver or the local dispatch center via phone or text message (sms) as soon as you are informed about the delay of your flight.

Your driver's mobile number and/or the local dispatch center's emergency number is in your confirmation voucher that you receive instantly after the successful online reservation.
