"From Charleroi airpport to Brussels, September 2017. The driver was late, and I got a little confused because I got a text message at 10:20 which said that the driver was arriving now. 20 minutes later he called me and apoligized for being late - it was hard to find parking, he said - and he then arrived at the meeting point shortly after. From then on it was one very smooth ride. Very polite and professional driver, and a great car with a water bottle for the ride. Will use this service again next time."
