"There was a heavy arrival of passengers and thousands push to the passport control. We were a group of 24 passengers and we exit the terminal at 10.45 while the flight landed on 08.10. The driver has to leave and he scheduled to return at 12.30 but due to the traffic he arrived at 13.00. 7 of the group took another ride and did not wait. We are not to be blamed and the driver also. He was wonderful and your service was wonderful as well but I'm mentioning that fact just for expecting BusTransfer to discuss that regular delays and see if their anymeans to improve. I'm not complaining at all! Scava the driver was extremely polite and Dora at the office as well. Thank You, Herzl Zilkha."
