"In fact, when I booked I was informed (in the online letter) that the driver will wait me in front of the chocolate shop which is few steps after the gate but I waited there with three medium bags and two kids and no one came. I then received a call asked me to go out as the driver can't get in and that I should walk until I reach the lift (elevator) that goes to the car park. That was too difficult task for me and I wasn't expecting it as I had to bring the bags and the two kids in the crowed and I was alone so I was brining each bag few steps forward and then come back to pick the next bag and so on until I reached into the lift where the driver was standing."
