Hotel pick up to return to the airport was on-time but was in a slightly tired minibus that was not as comfortable. All in all this was good value and service and I would use Budtransfer again."

"The service is perfect. There were 24 of us and we were given three minibuses whoch took us to the hotel. Te drivers were punctual, when we came to the arrival lounge they were already there waiting for us. All of them were polite and helped with the luggage. The mini buses were clean both inside and outside. We also booked a transfer back to the airport and had to leave the hotel at 5 am. When we went outside the buses and drivers were already there waiting for us. I highly recommend this transfer service to everybody who comes to Brussels and needs a transfer. I analyzed the prices before booking and can assure you their prices are the lowest. For us as a group the price was even lower than on the shuttle. The airport - the hotel door fetch is a great bonus if you are travelling with a luggage or just want to avoid public transportation. Thank you!!!!!!!!"
