"Great driver, very kind and courteous! He drove very well, plus he was very polite with us. The only problem we had was that we asked for a baby seat in the comments of the order (and in a following email), but we did not get a reply. When we phoned, the company provided a seat, but which was not for the age that we asked for. There should be a more systematic way to book a child seat."

"departure from hotel to airport was punctual and smooth but I was not expecting the pick up situation from the airport. A few people holding up boards with several passenger names on. When I identified mine I was advised that a taxi would then be called. We waited with about fifty other people at the airport for a considerable time - not acceptable after a long day of travelling. I would not have booked with Budtransfer if I had known the set up at the airport and will not be booking again. However our driver on both occasions was David who was extremely polite and welcoming."

"It was easy to find him as we arrived in the airport. However i was disaapointed that the drivers did not coordinate and communicate well. We were 11 of us and the driver didn't know although we made a booking accordingly. We had to carry our suitcases and find the other driver in the airport. On top of that, the driver complained to us that his 20 mins parking ticket would be over.(clearly it wasn't our fault.there was no delay.) He was being friendly and asking us where we were from etc. It's nice to be talkative and be friendly, but he started critivizing our nationality and culture which was very unpleasant. The other driver was very nice and helpful. We also had our way back to the airport. Also it was very good. The drivers were on time for pick up and took us to the airport 15 mins earlier than schedule."
