"The driver (Spanish Speaking, when the pax were Colombian which was excellent) not only helped the guests filling out the paper work at the airport cause their luggage was lost but also took them to the mall to get some clothes on the way to the hotel. I asked the driver if there were any extra charges and he said "no".
