"On arrival I found it difficult to locate the rep. I was expecting a single display board with my name on it. Instead there were multiple names on each board. My name was added to a board after I had first checked it. I then had to wait 15 minutes for my driver to arrive. The car was nice and clean however the driver did not make any effot to engage or make us feel comfortable. The return journey was perfect. Pick up was prompt, driver courteous and helpful. Sort the issue out at the airport and I would use your service again as it was reliable. Thank you David."

"We had two vehicles to drive a party of 9 people from Brussels Airport to Bruges. The drivers were more or less on time, one was just over 10 minutes late for our return pickup. The vehicles were not particularly well presented. The drivers both into Bruges and on the return to the airport consistently drove over the speed limits, mostly at speeds of up to 150km per hour on the motorways, making for a very uncomfortable journey, especially on the return when driving conditions were poor due to wet weather. Wouldn't be in a hurry to use your service again"

"return journey from hotel to airport absolutely fine. journey from airport to hotel also fine until we got to the hotel. My wife was getting out of the taxi, and she held on to the front to get out, the taxi driver shut the door at the same time, trapping her hand. Luckily my sons partner realised what had happened, dashed round and opened the door. The taxi driver had no idea at all. My wife was really shaken up, thankfully, there was no damage, maybe that was due to the type of car. She was more shocked (as she couldn't move her hand and the taxi driver didnt hear her when she called out) than hurt. When the taxi driver realised what had happened, I believe he was very apologetic but I didn't wait around as I needed to be with my wife as the hotel receptionist was getting ice to reduce any swelling. Not the start to the holiday we expected."
