Driver: The driver did his best to arrive at the airport on time, leaving me safely in a good place. Besides, he helped me with my luggage, both in the departure and arrival, and tried to make me comfortable, chatting with me over the ride and making me aware of all deviations from the usual pathway taken. Vehicle: Due to the traffic jams, my original book (a car) was upgraded to a comfortable van, whose driver was closer to my departure point. Since I was the only passenger, there was plenty of space. Thank you for the good service."

"This transfer was a disaster... When arriving in Budapest Airport at 23h40 (the booking was made for 23h35), nobody was there waiting for us with my name on a sign (as mentionned on the booking email). I had to call the driver, he said that he was late and will be there to pick me up in 15minutes. He said he would call the person in charge of the arrival to see why nobody was there waiting for me. After a few minutes, a guy came to me saying that he just arrived and there was an issue. It seems that my name was not on his list. The driver arrived at 00h25 (50 minutes after the booking time). He drove really fast (100km/h instead of 50km/h) and burning several red lights."

"I booked a return trip from Lviv air port to Ivano Franisk and vice versa. On both trips, the driver was punctual and at the agreed meeting point on time. Unfortunately the driver did not speak any English as advertised.However his English speaking colleague was contactable via phone.Despite the language barrier the driver was excellent .Also requested a car seat for my toddler which wasn't supplied on both trips. The vehicle itself was modern and relatively confortable. Overall I am pleased with the service and would use this company again."
