"The driver was late, but the office called in about 15 minutes prior to pick-up time, which I received with pleasant surprise. The driver did arrive a little later than expected, but that was OK. Good I booked to allow plenty of buffer time. The driver was courteous, helpful in getting in and out my bags. Drive to airport was short and pleasant."

"We had expected a driver to be ready with a sign when we arrived but I saw in the booking that a hostess would be holding a sign with the name (which is o.k.) WE had to wait 10 or 15 minutes in the arrivals hall until the driver came and we had expected that we would not have to wait. Not a big deal but when you are on a business trip and prebook a taxi you expect almost zero waiting time. Otherwise... good and priceworthy service and a friendly driver"

"My only suggestion would be to have a sign board that has the name of your company on it. Your employee only had a white board with different customer’s names making it difficult to figure out which company she was holding the sign for. It will be easier for travelers to identify from the other people picking up passengers. Otherwise great experience!"
