"Llegamos a Budapest en la madrugada del dia 3/03/2023. Teníamos la certeza que el conductor de Budtransfer nos estaria esperando pero no fue asi. Como mi esposa y yo no sabemos ingles y todo lo que podemo decir en ingles es muy elemental, recurrimos al loca de informacion de Budtransfer en el aeropuerto aeropuerto. Alli nos ayudo un turista chileno al hablar en ingles con la empleada, la cual se comunico con el conductor y lo regaño por no estar puntualmente en el aeropuerto para recogernos. El conductor llego con mas de media hora de atraso. Su nombre es Norbert. Cuando llego nos pidio disculpas mil veces. Fuera de eso, el servicio fue excelente. Llegamos rapido al hotel y nos ayudo con el equipaje. Regresamos el dia 8/03/2023. Nobert, nos recogio en el hotel (Museum Budapest Hotel). Esta vez llego muy puntual. Nos estaba esperando en la puerta del hotel. Fue muy inteligente al preguntarnos de qué Terminal partíamos. Eso no ahorro mucho tiempo. Llegamos exactamente donde debiamos entrar. En resumen, a pesar de la demora inicial, estoy muy satiscfecho con el servicio de Budtransfer. Carlos Piechotka"
