"Even though our flight was early the driver was at arrivals waiting for us. Driver was polite and helped with our luggage.Transfer was easy and efficient and we were delivered to our hotel door. Our driver also arranged for our return transfer to the airport. All in all, an excellent service."

"Upon arrival at Charleroi Airport, unfortunately we didn't have a mobile phone signal and so were unable to receive the text message from the driver stating the meeting point. However, this was rectified with the assistance of another driver from your cab company who very kindly lent us his mobile phone to confirm our driver was waiting in the stated place. Although he didn't speak English, he was pleasant and courteous and the car provided was of a good standard. The return driver was fifteen minutes late in picking us up from the hotel, but only because he was stopped by the Police as a security check due to recent events. He spoke very good English and again we found him pleasant and courteous. The car was also of a good standard. As we found Bruges to be a beautiful place, we will be returning at some point in the future. When we do return we will definitely use your cabs again and will not hesitate in recommending your company and services to others. Thank you once again for helping to make our weekend break a relaxing one."

"Score: Full marks Driver was v kind; we were a group of women and arrived past midnight. He was clearly reluctant to just leave us by the entrance, and waited until we were let into the building, even making a couple of phone calls to try and locate our landlady when we couldn't get anyone on the door buzzer. Returned to take us back to the Airport. Was early, and waited in the minibus patiently. It was a pity that we could not converse,language barriers!"
