"We have now used Transfers2Airports several times in multiple locations and have been very pleased! This is the second (or third?) time that we have booked through you to get home from the Vienna Airport, and the second time that the local provider has been Private Hire. Their service has been friendly and professional although we have had to wait a bit in the Arrivals Hall for them to pick us up each time (our recent flight did arrive slightly early). We would be glad to recommend this firm to others. One comment for future reference (either for clarity on your website or the instructions that you give to your local providers), on this most recent trip, we were not traveling with the car seats for our 2 small children and requested them -- specifying "car seats w/ shoulder harness." However, what was provided were merely booster seats and not car seats with sufficient restraint systems. Given that it is a 45-minute drive to our house on the highway/motorway/autobahn, we would like to know that the next time we use your service and make this request we will be assured that our children will have the proper car seats. Thank you!"

"It was a bit confusing at Budapest Airport where there was a rep with a sign with more than 10 names on the board. After finding her and locating my name on the board, everything ran smoothly: she called the driver in no time, the driver was very good, the car big and very clean and we reached the hotel in reasonable time on a Friday night. "Driver and car not at airport. Yes our flight was late but I had provided flight information so company should have been aware and made adjustments. I had to call after waiting 15-20 minutes and then it took almost an hour for driver to arrive resulting in a second phone call. I had also reserved a vehicle that would accommodate 8 passengers and their luggage for the 4 of us had extra luggage; however it was a 4 passenger vehicle, and space cramped. We were still charged the price of an 8 passengers (44 euros) and not the price for 4 passenger (39 euros)."

"There is always a worry that a transfer will not show, or the driver will be late. I can happily report neither happened with brusselsexpress! They showed up on time and were very helpful with the luggage. Our female driver from Brugges-Ghent-Brussels was especially nice and helpful. A great experience!"
