Only suggestion is that when I needed to change the pick-up time, coming from the previous experience where I first called and I was asked to send an email, I only sent an email this time. I had to call the next day because I had no confirmation and apparently they did not receive the email (or missed it). Apart from that, they made the necessary arrangements and called back to confirm. So the service is great; a little improvement on communication could make it perfect."
