It was only by 10 mins, but when there’s traffic it makes a huge difference. But the driver was nice and helped me with my luggage and tried to get me to the airport quickly. The car was clean and did not have any issues."

Plutôt inquiète à l'idée de devoir quitter mon logement à 03h15 AM, j'avais écrit au service client leur demandant s'il était possible de recevoir le numéro du chauffeur à l'avance, au cas où. Il m'a été répondu que le nom et le numéro de téléphone du chauffeur me seraient communiqués la veille du trajet. C'est exactement ce qui s'est passé! Mon chauffeur, Smor, a été très professionnel et on ne peut plus ponctuel! Vingt minutes avant l'heure de prise en charge, il a appelé en précisant qu'il était déjà au pied de l'immeuble. Je recommande vivement Brussels Express pour leur fiabilité et la compétitivité de leurs tarifs."
