The driver from the hotel to the airport arrived 30 minutes early at the hotel. He was talking on his two phones most of the time. Wasn’t very welcoming but drove nice. Liked the idea of being able to pay in advance and not having to worry about paying on the day when you have just stepped of a plane and not sure of the currency etc. Would definitely recommend, prices resonable too."

"Bonjour, Nous avons appel à vos services car étant un groupe de 10 en partance pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille, nous voulions faire le trajet Bxl - Charleroi toutes ensemble. Sinon, nous aurions pris nos voitures. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas ce que nous avons reçu comme service étant donné que vous nous avez envoyé deux voitures. Le groupe a donc du être divisé en deux... ce qui n'était pas le but. Je trouve cela très dommage. De plus, le deuxième chauffeur est arrivé avec au moins 25 min de retard. Quelle est votre politique de satisfaction clientèle dans ce type de figure? Rien à redire par contre sur la gentillesse des chauffeurs et la qualité de leurs services.
