"The pick up from the airport was fine. The friendly, courteous driver was waiting holding a clearly visible name card. There was a bit of a hitch with the return journey. The driver arrived to time, but at the airport wanted full payment for the journey, although this had been paid in advance at the time of booking. A 'phone call quickly sorted out what was a rather embarrassing situation for the driver. I would certainly use the service again."

"We arrived at Vienna Airport and could not find our driver in the arrivals hall but after a quick phone call, he appeared and transferred us to St Stephansplatz. He told us a little about Vienna on our journey. Our return driver was very prompt and spoke very good English and told us more about Vienna and surrounding areas of Austria. Both drivers were very courteous. We would thoroughly recommend Wien transfer."

The promised text messages letting me have the driver's number and details did not arrive, which was a little worrying on the return trip - but most importantly the drivers did...I would recommend the company and will use them when I visit again later in the year."
